EXERCISE Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalised pointers.

badass boxing academy

with KASIA PAWLAK

The most badass class to be found in Hackney Wick run by our head coach and pro boxer, Kasia Power Pawlak. You can expect to be put through your paces with some of the finest boxing tuition to be found while also having a lot of fun in the process!

Wraps on, guard up, tekkers engaged, smash the bag to build a strong body and mind.

This is also a fantastic introduction to Gymbia’s boxing academy, which offers an experience tailored to training you to become fight ready for a licensed competitive boxing match.

Gymbia is transformed into a laboratory for the most interesting, varied and ecliptic class to be found in the Wick!

You can expect the unexpected with each class being wildly different, engaging and fun. You will be working through a number of expertly executed systems designed to you as strong as an ox, as flexible as monkey, as fast as a condor and as supple as the jaguar.

Master the body and develop the mind with our mind, body & spirit transformation coach Varun Kumar. You can expect to be taken on a journey of self discovery, learning more about your body and capabilities as you push your limits with each session.

Expect a Pandora’s box of highly dynamic movement practices with a keen emphasis on working the deep muscles of the system, core, postural development, stretching and cultivating a strong connection to your mind and body.

As the name suggests Monica  takes no prisoners in FUNctional Fitness class renamed by Gymbia members as Death By Monica! Monica brings the Spanish fire to Gymbia in one of our gnarliest classes!

Monica is a You can expect to be taken through a variety of dynamic movement patterns designed to create a strong, lean and functional body while pushing yourself beyond what you thought was possible.

Monica is a true master at progressing and regressing all exercises within her classes, ensuring that anyone of any ability can get involved for a solid & safe workout each & every time.
