I wouldn’t have achieved the same results on my own and will be incorporating some of the lifestyle changes in my daily routine.
The challenge has given me a great start to understanding how to eat properly, exercise effectively and know that sleep is an important part of that process too. Helps me feel better for wanting a decent night sleep!
Fitness instructors are clearly very knowledgeable and I had a fantastic time during my 6 weeks challenge - I lost 5kg and increased muscle mass!
