For those looking for an intensive program orientated around training, nutrition & healthy habit change. This program changes body composition in a short period of time.
You work very closely with your coach who guides you on a day to day basis. Your coach will provide bespoke instruction & guidance on healthy habit integration.
We take you through a 6 week program giving you a fantastic kickstart & motivation into a healthy lifestyle while getting great results in terms of muscle gain & fat loss.
✅Weekly personal training sessions
This is a one on one personal training & group exercise hybrid - you will work with your Gymbia coach who will create a bespoke plan for you to follow, taking you through it in your high performance exercise coaching sessions.
You will have an orientation with one of our expert coaches, who will gain an understanding of your goals, your health, challenges and any obstacles that have got in the way of you reaching your fitness goals.
You will then be enrolled onto the challenge! Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or simply to feel better in yourself, we've got you covered.
We do not focus on weight loss during this challenge - we focus on becoming happy, healthy fit & strong - we find the weight comes off as a happy side effect of this!

You will have the option to supplement your high performance coaching sessions with our varied, fun & engaging class schedule to get the most out of your challenge in a community atmosphere.
✅ Meal plans
We know that you want to enjoy the things you love, while being healthy, happy, and in peak physical condition.
We give you a meal plan that takes into account your current diet, ensuring we don't set unrealistic and unsustainable goals.
✅ Accountability coaching
You will have a direct line to your coaches, and they will help keep you on track by checking in on progress, and helping you overcome any obstacles.✅ Grocery list
We will provide a grocery list, meaning you get to take the thinking out of food shopping.
✅ 42 Recipes
Yes, 42! We know that coming up with ideas for dinner can be a pain, and your meals should never be boring. We’ll give you over 40 recipes so that you never run out of ideas.
✅ Online support group with 24hrs accountability
You will have a direct line to the Gymbia community, meaning you can check in with peers and coaches whenever you need to!
